GHK-Cu

Skin & Tissue · 50 mg fill · Research Peptide

A copper-binding tripeptide (Gly-His-Lys · Cu²⁺) studied in collagen-synthesis and matrix gene-expression models.

Overview

GHK-Cu is the naturally occurring tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine complexed with a Cu²⁺ ion. It circulates in human plasma and declines with age. In-vitro and animal work describes modulation of collagen and extracellular-matrix gene expression, copper transport, and antioxidant and iron-sequestration signaling. Reconstituted solution may carry a faint blue-green tint from the bound copper ion, and copper oxidation shortens its useful window relative to other peptides. Supplied lyophilized for in-vitro research use.
